Shipping Policy:

We only charge the amount necessary to cover our shipping costs.

All orders are delivered by UPS. Orders to Alaska or Hawaii will be sent via UPS Air and shipping charges will calculated by dimensional weight. Also, some items on this site may be too large to ship via conventional UPS; in either of these cases Indoor Garden & Lighting reserves the right to amend shipping charges. You will be notified by e-mail if shipping charges needed to be amended, at which point you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order for a full refund.

Return Policy:

Indoor Garden & Lighting wants customers to be satisfied with all purchases. Returns are handled on a case by case basis. Used or damaged items may not be returned. For unused and unopened products Indoor Garden & Lighting may accept a return after a thorough inspection and a restock fee of up to 25% of the value of the order. Customers may only return unused and unopened products purchased within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt and be in their original packaging./p>

Before sending any items back to Indoor Garden & Lighting, e-mail us directly at igl_info@indoorgarden.com to obtain an RMA number (please write “RMA number request” and include your Order Number in the subject line). Once your request has been received, you will be sent an e-mail with detailed instructions for your return. You will also be notified of your return status once it has been processed.

Any refund due will be processed within 10 business days, once the returned products have been received.
